Fiano Designs is a freelance graphic design service run by a single person, Elizabeth Fiano. All designs are created by herself with as much feedback and input as the customer provides. She will keep in touch with the customer in the manner they choose as being the most convenient for them until the product meets the customer's approval.
No information provided by the customer will be sold or shared with anyone. This includes email addresses, so there is no need to worry about spam messages. The customer can choose how they are most comfortable with communicating with the designer and the only communication that will occur between designer and customer is any involving the product and that is all.
General design turn around time will be up to a week depending on the amount of communication between the customer and designer, the designer's work volume and holidays. If you are dissatisfied in any way, you may contact the designer and an arrangement can be worked out.
PayPal is the prefered form of payment, however, should you wish to send a check or money order as payment instead, please contact the designer and inform her of your intentions to send a check or money order. She will then provide you with her address.
Please Note: If sending a check, your project will NOT be started until the check has arrived in the mail and cleared after being deposited. If sending a money order, your project will NOT be started until the money order arrives in the mail.
No work will be done until some form of payment has been received, whether it's a full payment up front or half payment up front and then the rest once the project is completed. The designer will NOT send any finished files until full payment has been made.
By completing an order, the customer is agreeing to all of the terms and conditions listed here. You also agree to allow the designer to use anything she creates for you as an example for this site and for her portfolio. Should you need an invoice for your own records that is not from PayPal, feel free to request one and the designer will provide an additional invoice from Fiano Designs.
