What you need to know about your design request:
Turn Around Times:
Deadlines and estimated times will be discussed once a design project request is submitted, but general design turn around will be up to 2 weeks (14 days) for a completed project depending on complexity of the design, communication between the client and myself, my current work volume and holidays.

Privacy Policy: No information provided by the client will be sold or shared with anyone, and the only communication that will occur between the client and myself will be concerning the design project.

Payments: I do have a PayPal account, which is my preferred method of payment, and will provide invoices through PayPal, however, if you'd like to pay by check or money order instead, then this needs to be discussed right away when submitting your request, so I can provide my mailing address. Also, please understand that no work will be started until some form of payment is received. You can choose to pay in full up front, or you can split payment to half up front and the rest once the project is complete, but you will not see any thumbnails or rough drafts until some form of payment is made. This means if you do pay by check, I must receive the check, deposit it and the check must clear before I begin working on the project. Likewise, if you choose to split payment, I will not submit or upload final images until the final payment is made and cleared. In the case of a money order, the day I receive the money order in the mail will determine the begin date for the project.

One Last Thing: All of my designs I create will be saved as examples in my portfolio whether they were for personal or professional use. For professional designs, I will provide the who and why behind the designs along with website links where applicable. These designs will not be resold or available for use by anyone else, and I will place a watermark on the images on my site so they cannot be taken. Should the client ever need original files again (things happen!), I will also hold on to original/completed files for up to 2 months. After that time, I cannot promise access to those files and will suggest a new design project to either recreate them or come up with something brand new.
