When you email me, please put Fiano Designs Order in the subject line and please include the email address that is associated with PayPal and the full name that appears on the PayPal account. Not providing any of the PayPal information or not including Fiano Designs Order in the subject line could cause a delay in beginning your order, so please make sure to include them. Please make sure you also provide all images and/or information I will need to know in order to create your design.
When using my cell phone number, you may either call me and we can talk directly or you may text me. Again, regardless of if you're calling me or texting me, please have your PayPal information ready so I can quickly check to make sure the payment went through if you've placed an order.
I am on the East Coast, and I do work two jobs (my second job is at a theater, so my schedule changes every week), so it is best to email me instead of call. However, if you really wish to speak to me directly, these are the best times to call:
